This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or engage our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
When you submit our booking form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and your description of the job. If you engage us, we additionally keep records of quotes, invoices, photos of the work site taken for diagnosis or documentation, and payment references.
The website itself records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, where you consent, analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for third-party marketing. We will only send you promotional messages if you have expressly agreed to receive them, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Your data is shared only where necessary to deliver the service: with our own technicians assigned to your job, with suppliers when parts must be ordered for your address, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. All third parties are bound to use the data solely for the stated purpose.
Enquiry records that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work, including invoices and warranty documentation, are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax law and to honour workmanship warranties, after which they are securely destroyed.
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its processing (which may limit our ability to serve you).
